CCD 2023

The Canadian Conference on Dementia (CCD) is a biennial conference organized by the the Canadian Colloquium on Dementia and the University Health Network.

It brings together national and international professionals within the field of dementia research to discuss culturally-informed approaches to dementia diagnosis and management using novel diagnostics and therapeutics.

This year’s conference will take place from November 2-4th in Toronto and the theme is ‘Better and Earlier Detection of Dementia in a Changing Landscape’.

Erica Dove, PhD student

PhD student Erica Dove will be presenting a poster at this year’s event entitled ‘Where is the rehabilitation for falls in dementia?” Preliminary insights from a qualitative study with dementia stakeholders.’

Her poster will draw previous work she conducted for her Master’s thesis and more recent work she is exploring within her current PhD studies.
