Nirusa Nadesar received her Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in 2019 and is currently a Rehabilitation Science Master’s Candidate at the University of Toronto. She is conducting her research under the supervision of Dr. Arlene Astell and Dr. Behdin Nowrouzi-Kia at the DATE Lab for the Cog@work project. She will be looking at how Occupational Therapists can help populations with Mild Cognitive Impairment and Early Onset Dementia return back to work. One of Nirusa’s main research interests include return-to-work outcomes for various population types.
