AAIC in Philadelphia

Members of the DATE lab are travelling to Philadelphia for AAIC24, the largest international dementia conference. On Saturday 27th July, Erica Dove, PhD student in the lab will be presenting her doctoral research into exergaming to reduce fall risk in people living with dementia at the Technology and Dementia preconference. Later she will join a panel of early career researchers speaking about The future of technology in dementia. Also on Saturday 27th, Dr Arlene Astell will be chairing the Nonpharmacological Interventions Professional Interest Area World Cafe as part of PIA Day. PIA day is the annaul event for all ISTAART PIAs, bringing together members from across the globe to discuss the latest topics in dementia research.
