Since 1989, the ASRP has been a cornerstone of dementia research in Canada, investing over $78 million in grants and awards. This year, the program continues to foster brilliance in partnership with Brain Canada Foundation, CIHR-Institute of Aging, Research Manitoba, Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation, and Fond de Recherche du Quebec.

We are thrilled to announce that DATE Lab has been honored as a recipient of the prestigious grant from the Alzheimer Society Research Program (ASRP). This esteemed recognition highlights our commitment to pioneering research in the field of dementia. Together, we are making strides towards a brighter future in dementia care and research.

Our upcoming project, set to launch in September, aims to boost self-cueing to maintain independence in dementia to fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
